Eco Tots has a flat rate of $7.95 for all orders placed in the Continental US.
Orders placed in the Continental US that are over $75.00, ship for free!
Orders placed in Alaska & Hawaii will incur a shipping charge. This charge may be added to your order invoice or billed as a separate charge.
All HI, AK, and APO addresses will have a required insurance for an additional fee.
Gift wrapping can be added to your order for $5.00. Please call or email to request!

International Shipping

All international orders are subject to a 10% restocking fee if order is canceled before shipped. If you would like a shipping quote before placing your order please email: ecotots@hotmail.com
Some items are not available to certain countries overseas. Restrictions from the manufacturer keep us from selling some of our store items internationally so as not to compete with overseas mainland distributors. To be on the safe side, email me at ecotots@hotmail.com to see if the items you would like to order are on this list of restricted items.
Eco Tots Diapers ships via the US Postal Service (USPS) your choice of International First Class, International Priority or International Express to international addresses at the cost of the customer. Actual shipping will be calculated after the order is placed. Additional shipping charges may apply or charges may be refunded. All international, HI, AK, and APO addresses will have a required insurance for an additional fee. The quoted delivery times are business days and do not take into account any delays caused by customs.
Shipping prices do not take into account any duties that may or may not be due upon receipt and these fees will be the responsibility of the customer.

Shipping Policy

All in stock items will be shipped within 1-3 business days.You should receive your order within 2-7 business days but please allow up to 14 days for delivery (USPS will not track orders until 14 business days have past).

To further preserve the environment, we reuse boxes and packing materials whenever possible. We hope you do the same!

You may return or receive credit for any unwashed, unused, and in original packaging (if applicable) items within 15 days of original purchase date for a full refund (less shipping and a 5% restocking fee). Please include a printed receipt from your email and let us know what you would like us to do (refund or credit). We no longer offer exchanges since with a credit you can place a new order for what you would like and this will speed up shipping time.
We DO NOT accept returns on any baby diaper care, tub & shower care, lotions, powders, creams, etc. These items cannot be resold even if they were to be returned in an unopened, non-used state. It is assumed that the buyer of these products has the understanding that they are not to be used to treat or cure any conditions and that those statements that they prevent rashes, cracked skin, etc have not been approved by the FDA. Buyer at time of purchase assumes all responsibility for any condition that may occur or worsen with the use of these products.
